Uniqueoetrend provides professional landscape design services. This policy outlines our approach to cancellations, refunds, and service modifications.

Service Nature

Our services consist of professional consultation, design development, and design documentation. These are custom services tailored to each client's specific property and requirements.

Cancellation Policy

Before Work Commences

If you cancel your project before we begin design work, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund depending on the stage of engagement:

• Initial Consultation Only: Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been conducted.
• Before Design Development: If you cancel after consultation but before design work begins, we will refund any payments made minus consultation fees and administrative costs.

After Work Commences

Once design work has begun, refunds are calculated based on work completed:

• Work completed up to the cancellation date will be invoiced and is non-refundable
• Any payments made in excess of work completed will be refunded
• All design documents and materials remain the property of Uniqueoetrend until full payment is received

Refund Process

To request a refund or cancellation:

1. Contact us in writing via email or postal mail
2. Provide your project reference number and reason for cancellation
3. We will review your request and respond within 14 business days
4. If approved, refunds will be processed within 30 business days

Design Revisions

Our design packages include a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in your service agreement. Additional revisions beyond the included number may incur additional fees, which will be discussed and agreed upon before work proceeds.

Change Orders

If you wish to significantly modify the scope of work after the project has begun, we will discuss the implications for timeline and cost. Any changes must be agreed upon in writing before additional work proceeds.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or other force majeure events.

Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns about our services or wish to dispute charges, please contact us directly. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly. If we cannot resolve a dispute directly, we may engage in mediation or other dispute resolution processes as appropriate.
